upandcomin asked: What do you think of the fluid kayaks?
Fluid kayaks are okay, I personally would not kayak one, I find that they are too bulky for my taste. Watching people in them though they do hold up to my high standards of kayak. I would rather have a ‘curvier’ boat, but they are a respectable craft.
takemetotheweir asked: Where do you go kayaking? As you can maybe tell by my name I kayak too, and i wondered where you go? I'm still quite young, and am i guess you could say still getting started, but i just wondered where you went, or what boat? Cheers :)
I kayak all over Britain and Wales, when I am in the mood for river running I go down the Tryweryn near Llangollen. The upper is about grade 3-4 and at Bala, around 3 miles down there is Bala falls that is a grade 4 section. And Home Pierre point is great for freestyle paddling. For river leading and long trips I use a Dagger Burn and a Jackson RockStar for playing on white water and bouncing around waves. I hope that answers your question I have forgotten what it was!
Good luck on the water!
Anonymous asked: What was your first playboat?
Well, my first play boat must’ve been a G-Force 5.9, I liked it so much that when I grew out of it, I got a G-Force 6.3. It’s great for beginners, it has a it has a little rock and is a good all rounder.
phoenixmonkey asked: Just bought a Rasta Rockstar. This boat is sick!!! Was throwing helixs and blunts all day.
Yeah, totally worth the price, did you get it new or second hand?
